- LiveKit WebRTC SFU container in docker-compose
- Voice token microservice (Node.js + Express)
- VoiceRoom page with member grid and controls
- useVoiceRoom composable for LiveKit connection

- Add UAT PocketBase on port 8712 with separate pb_data_uat
